Question for our British friends

I know I have at least a few readers from the United Kingdom, and I have a question for you: What is church life like for introverts in your culture(s)? I've seen studies that the majority of Anglican pastors are introverts, which makes me wonder if those churches are more friendly to introverts. I know that Anglican is a huge umbrella term that covers all types of churches though, so I'd love to hear more about your experiences.
